Tamar Raz, PhD
With nearly 15 years’ experience in technology transfer, Dr. Tamar Raz boasts a successful track record of bringing medical innovations from the lab to the marketplace. Prior to joining Hadasit, Dr. Raz served as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Ramot, the technology transfer company of Tel Aviv University. She was the founder and CEO of Allergene Ltd., an Israeli drug development start-up company. Dr. Raz received her MSc and PhD in cell biology from the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
Carole Grumbach, MBA
VP, Finance & Contracts
Carole Grumbach is in charge of promoting Hadassah’s R&D services to domestic and international industry. She first joined Hadasit in 1990 as its finance manager. Today she is responsible for global financial management of Hadasit, specializing in contractual and budgetary aspects of negotiations with commercial partners. Grumbach received her MBA in Economics and Management from University Paris IX-Dauphine.
Tal Sines PhD
Dr. Tal Sines joined Hadasit in 2014 as the IP Director. He is responsible for management of the IP portfolio of Hadassah and evaluation of inventions and new technologies developed by Hadassah’s employees. Previously, Sines worked at Teva Pharmaceutical where he managed biological products IP. Dr. Sines received his MSc and PhD in molecular genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and his BSc in life science from Tel Aviv University. He is a certified Israeli patent attorney.
Tal Almog, PhD, MBA
VP BD, Pharmaceuticals & Diagnostics
Dr. Tal Almog joined Hadasit in 2016 as VP for Business Development. He is responsible for evaluating projects, seeking funding opportunities, promoting R&D services, and out-licensing Hadasit’s portfolio of pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotech and molecular diagnostics. Prior to that, Almog served as Business Development Manager of Cellect Biotechnology, Ltd. and managed R&D projects at the Lipid Center of Sheba Medical Center. He received his PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and his MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Ariel Rabin, BSc, MBA
VP BD, Medical Devices & Digital Health
Ariel Rabin joined Hadasit in 2014 as VP for Business Development. He is responsible for evaluating projects, assisting R&D efforts, seeking funding opportunities, and out-licensing Hadasit’s portfolio of medical devices and digital health. Prior to that, Rabin held local and international business development and marketing/sales positions for medical device and software companies including CarboFix Orthopedics, Flexicath, JNJ Israel, and Timocco. Rabin received his BSc in life and medical sciences and his MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Aviv Reisfeld, LLB, MBA
For the past decade, Adv. Aviv Reisfeld has served as General Counsel of Hadasit. He drafts and negotiates the terms and conditions of various types of agreements and offers counsel on all aspects of life science commercialization activities and intellectual property issues. Aviv is a member of the Israel Bar Association. He received his MBA from Bar-Ilan University and an LLB from Warwick University.
Sarah Kimhi, BA
Sarah Kimhi joined Hadasit in 2000 as Executive Officer and Personal Assistant to the CEO. Prior to that she was the secretary to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. She received her BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
